Wayne Ferguson Plaza is available for rental for a wide range of activities, including weddings, parties, concerts, family reunions and corporate outings, among other types of events. The Grand staff, along with personnel from the Parks and Recreation Department, provide ongoing support for events and maintenance of the park.

Amenities of the Plaza:

• 1.5 acre urban park
• Open year round
• Stage and lighting truss with outdoor stage area
• Boardwalk
• Lawn seating for over 1,000 people
• Adjacent to The Grand, City Hall and the Main Street commercial district in historic Old Town Lewisville

Wayne Ferguson Plaza can be rented in one of four areas: Great Lawn, Lower Lawn & Stage, Upper Lawn, and Party Lawn which half of the Lower Lawn. See image below.
