Denise joined The Grand team in July 2017. She comes to Lewisville after spending four years with the City of Dallas, Office of Cultural Affairs at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. She served as Operations Manager, overseeing operations of the world-renowned arts venue. Prior to the Meyerson, Denise spent five years at the Dallas Museum of Art, as the Manager of Partner Programs.
Helbing is a St. Louis native, but has lived the last few years in Lewisville. She has a bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration from Drury University. Before moving to Texas, she was as an Event Coordinator for Contemporary Productions, a St. Louis based events and artist management company where she served as Tour Coordinator for the late jazz and trumpet legend Maynard Ferguson.
As the Arts Center Manager, Denise is responsible for day-to-day operations of the building and staff. She also serves as the City of Lewisville staff liaison to the Arts Advisory Board where she helps to facilitate arts-related funding initiatives.

Edgar joined The Grand team in November 2022 as Operations Coordinator. He worked part-time for 2 years then full time for 7 years at the city of Garland’s performing and cultural art’s facility, The Patty Grandville Arts Center. He then worked as a Technical Assistant (Video Systems) at the City of Richardson’s arts center, the Charles W. Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts. He is an award-winning scenic, audio, and lighting designer for the local theater scene as well as an expert carpenter and painter. He has worked on thousands of live productions ranging in scale from 1 person on stage to full opera houses. He gained an associate degree from ITT Technical Institute for Architectural Drafting and Design and a bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Dallas for Visual Arts. His passion for the visual and performing arts is immense and he continues to bring that passion here to The Grand.

Taylor joined The Grand team in July 2016 as the Events Supervisor. He is a former student-athlete at Rice University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Taylor has over 10 years of event management experience, working for two premier sports and entertainment venues in Texas – Toyota Center (Houston) & AT&T Stadium (Arlington). He is dedicated to planning & executing exceptional events, creating memorable experiences with clients, and developing more fans of Old Town Lewisville.

Betsy joined The Grand in July 2018 as the Arts Center Programming Specialist, responsible for the theater's "The Grand Presents" programming, which includes Texas Tunes, the Black Box Songwriter Series, Comedy, and other City-sponsored events at the theater. She also manages marketing initiatives for the facility. She previously coordinated live performances at the Dallas Museum of Art, including its Jazz in the Atrium concert series and other public events. Most recently, she worked as the Digital Marketing Manager for Celebrity Series of Boston, a New England-based performing arts presenter.

Konni joined The Grand team in the summer of 2018. She comes to this department from the City of Lewisville Parks and Recreation Department, where she worked for almost three years. Before joining the city, she worked in public education as a teacher and librarian.
Konni has lived in Lewisville for over 30 years. During that time she has sung in a jazz band and done studio work for local musicians. She is committed to connecting people to memorable experiences at The Grand.
